Production process

★Seal glass tubes and plastic tubes

Glass tubes and pastic tubes are containers of glow liquid. First, seal one end of glasse tubes and plastic tubes preparation for injection.

★Confect liquid A and liquid B

Confecting chemical liquid ingredients together and then put dies to get liquid A. We can make 10 more colors to satisfy our clients. Mix other chemical ingredients to get liquid B.

★Test the glow time

Mix liquid A and liquid B to test brightness and glowing time to make sure the gow quality is OK.

★Inject liquid

Chemical liquid B is injected in plastic tubes,Chemical liquid A is injected in glass tubes. The injecting process is operated in a hermetical metal-container,which is under negative pressure environment。

★Washing glass tubes

Seal the other side of the glass tube after injecting liquid B. Then the glass tubes should be washed thoroughly to avoid any liquid B existing outside of the tube.

★Assembling:

Insert the glass tubes into plastic tubes one by one.

★Seal the other side of the plastic tube.

Till now,the production of glow stick is finished.

★Packing

According to our clients’ requests,finished products will be packed into paper tubes or foil bags,then put into cartons.After inspection,they will be delivered to seaport or airport and then be transfered to abroad.

Main Principle

★What makes the light sticks glow?

The light emission is provided by a chemical reaction which takes place when a glass capsule in a plastic tube is broken by slightly bending and shaking the stick.

★What happens if the product is ruptured accidentally?

The material of the tube used for a light stick is a resin. Therefore,bending at an acute angle or continuous bending sometimes damages the tube and makes the liquid leak.

a. IN CASE OF SKIN CONTACT?
In case of skin contact, wash the affected area with soap and water. Avoid contact with sensitive skin especially with eruptions or broken skin (cuts).
Medical treatment is maybe necessary in case of swelling or if itching occurs.

b. IN CASE OF EYE CONTACT?
Immediately irrigate with plenty of water and refrain form rubbing the eyes.
In case of itch or congestion, seek medical attention as soon as possible.

c. IN CASE OF CLOTHING CONTACT
The solution can stain clothes. Dry cleaning may be needed.

d. IN CASE OF FURNITURE OR SEATS CONTACT
Stain wood and leather products. Plastic has the tendency to deteriorate when it comes into contact with this product.

★How can you turn them off? How long do they last?

These products cannot be shut off once they are activated.
The time length depends on the size of the products and the condition.
